PS. Catering was atrocious on this flight, other than the starter and soup from the main meal service. The special ordered chicken roll with abalone was okay, but other than that, the rest of the menu was just bad. Not sure why they moved the burger from the mid-flight snack menu to the Western pre-arrival meal. At the end, it was a carb overload. I can understand a pasta main, which means lots of carb too, but at least they are not all breads, breads and breads. I did not touch the brioche buns in the end. I ate the normal breads and then just the burger with the condiments. The service was a “rare miss” too from EVA Air’s usually high standard.
