I don't know if the cabin bag perks are extended to OW elites. At least it is not an alliance-wide benefit, like the hold bag (because when alliance-wide benefits were created, nobody in their right mind could think of legacy carriers charging extra for hand luggage).

Equivalent AY tiers do get a free carry-on.
Thank you for your helpful reply.

When look at this page ( https://www.finnair.com/gb-en/baggag...rry-on-baggage ) it says "Finnair Plus Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Lumo members can carry one complimentary carry-on bag (55cm x 40cm x 23cm) on European flights when travelling with a Superlight ticket, which otherwise includes a small bag only", and makes no reference to oneworld equivalents.

I knew though I had read at some time on the Finnair website that it did include oneworld and found this news article from when they introduced superlight ( https://www.finnair.com/gb-en/bluewi...wances-2973642 ) which said:-

"You can only buy a carry-on bag as travel extra when you have a Superlight ticket. Finnair Plus Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Lumo members and oneworld Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald members can take one complimentary carry-on bag as a tier benefit and therefore can’t purchase additional carry-on bags as a travel extra".

The news article must be from 2023, so they could well have changed their policy to exclude oneworld since then, so it looks like I'm just going to have to pay for the carry-on bags.
