Upgrade from Superior Room to Superior Ocean View, only difference is the side of the hotel it's on and there are not many room types.
The bedroom walls are thin and hear conversations next door and complimentary bottle water would have been welcomed.

But I have just come away from Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Center where the Executive Lounge staff were amazing and great to chat with and I enjoy breakfast and Happy Hour there each day, so no comparison.
