It’s hot or miss, but you can use the AVIS app to select a car. They give you up to 3 choices at a time. If you don’t like the choices, keep refresh in the app to see more choices. I do this after getting off the plane and on my way to the car rental garage. It takes a good 15+ min on the train to get there.
