Definitely agree that reviews are harsher than deserved.
The service is where they hit bottom and it depends how as the guest you may be affected
Some reviews say the service is perfect.When failures occur folks paying
600 and 700 dollars a night have a right to complain
There are a ton of interns/inexperienced team members learning on property even if they are nice
Last years we found the breakfast to be outstanding and the best part of the hotel.
Though the suites were over the top with weird lighting in the bathroom area
Not bad certainly nice but perhaps not my taste
Where do you get better breakfast quality or variety in Sydney?
Thought breakfast was superior to the over rated and pricey Park Hyatt Sydney
