I too often fly LAX-HKG-MNL-HKG-LAX in CX F - and tried booking a June itinerary - no F as of now. ANA appears to not be offering F to LAX either

I flew F end of November and just returned in F this week. Both LAX-HKG and HKG-LAX showed ZERO F availability in Expertflyer for my flights and most of the week. Looking at the seat maps, there were only 1 to 3 seats assigned in the various flights with F and the rest of the seats were showing as blocked.

In my Outbound I was the only passenger until the very last minute when there was a birthday upgrade for a female passenger. Her partner was in business - he asked if he too could be upgraded. The answer was no. The cabin was only occupied by me and the other passenger. My Window seat 1A jamed. I wanted to move to empty 2A and was. informed the table was broken. So I went to a Windowed on the K side.

On this week's HKG - LAX - F cabin also showed 0 availability - no tickets could be purchased in F (I already had mine months ago) - ExpertFlyer Seat map showed my seat as occupied and the other 5 blocked. In this flight - we were 3 F passengers. (And one had a middle seat while 2 windows were free.) Most of the week Experflyer showed 0 F Availability and the seat maps just showed very few seats assigned, the rest blocked.. (I checked out of curiosity)

I wonder what is going on. On at least my 2 flights there were not tickets for sale in F, seats were blocked, and cabins flew with many empty F seats

Appears they are avoiding filling up the F cabins and not upgrading others

Service was excellent
