Everything has been moved out of the TBIT. You can use the main VS check-in area in Terminal 2 or the D1 private area in Terminal 3 . TBIT is only for arriving fights now so they won't be able to take your luggage unless you're using the bag recheck area after coming off an International flight connecting to a domestic one on one ticket.
