Had a 1 night stay as a Titanium using a FNA, SNA/NUA approved to the WOW Suite. Late checkout automatically applied at check in but no early check in offered/available (no complaints, just an observation).

Although, I've never understood why the blinds are powered but privacy sheers are manual. Seems a bit odd.

In our last stay we received that chocolate cigar thing, non-alcoholic whiskey and two cocktails at BTWN as welcome gifts. This time we received a tiny jar of candy lol.

Hard product is great as expected, but service is where it falls through slightly.

I'd say breakfast is as expected but didn't blow me away. In room dining and other dining venues are very good in my opinion.

No turn down service (W Melbourne offered it even on a 1 night stay), 29/30 Pool Bar service is quite slow and not the most attentive at clearing out cabanas. Cocktails took 20-30 minutes to come out, but they did comped one drink proactively because it took so long.

They mistakenly charged $690 to my folio for a bottle of whiskey the morning after checkout but that has allegedly been refunded as of today.

Definitely agree that reviews are harsher than deserved.
