indeed, I am now back in London after a lovely stay. The diversion via Frankfurt on the way there due to a change of aircraft by KLM was less than ideal though.
Pleased to report that the Christmas tree was in full splendour when we arrived on the 6th, so the unveiling seems to have already happened.
My King City View room was upgraded to a Junior Suite City View about a week before arrival, but when checking in was pleasantly surprised to see we had been upgraded again to a River View. Only real complaint was fairly weak shower pressure up on the 4th floor - is that usual?
