I will completely speculate and have no shame doing so!

Assuming it maintains the current cards benefits, this is $300/year more for lounge passes, wifi passes, waived fees, and better earnings.

If I were a betting man, I would say it's probably something like 4-6 lounge visits and anywhere from 6 -12 (monthly) wifi credits. That would be roughly $300-350 in incremental value right there. That in addition to the dining / intl earnings increase, as well as the international companion fare (nearly guarantee it's economy only) and the partner bookings is a pretty decent round of benefits. As others noted, you don't get 4 lounge passes as an 75k anymore, you have to get to 85k just to have the option of getting 2 more.

They're clearly working hard to minimize the people in their lounges. If someone flying 85k eqm maxes out at 3 passes earned I don't see their credit card giving tons more than that considering the focus they have on loyalty, and the fact that other airlines / cards (citi exec) give Alaska lounge access anyways.

I'll probable be completely wrong, but that's my initial thought.
