Best thing to do would have been (assuming these were published meal or snack flights) is to use Alaska Listens right after arrival, and give 1 star for the F&B - it should cause the comment to route to an appropriate department promptly. Since you haven't done that, an email to Customer Care is in order. Simple, concise and not demanding anything should do the trick.
