I would easily save 200 bucks a year on waived partner awards, which would be helpful and the idea of 3x for foreign transactions is crazy - buy a Birkin for 30K get 90K in miles! That's some crazy reasoning right there. I would assume there is some capping on purchases and the card is only good for US and maybe Canadian residents.
