SAS probably doesn't want to pay the additional fee to give D1 access when there is already access to the AF lounge.
You can find the D1 access rules on the Delta website.
This could potentially also be a Delta issue, as they only grant access to their JV partners in business class. Let's see how this plays out when at some point SK will joint the transatlantic JV.
