Thats what I assumed regarding the to go bag. But it just blows my mind. I can’t imagine a US airline like Spirit or Frontier giving a meal voucher AND “free” snacks for a 3 hour delay.

And, the to go bag is an awesome idea Southwest (or Spirit or Frontier) should adopt to streamline service on the plane.
