Off the top of my head I can't remember if I had to retro my UX flight, I bought a P fare on Expedia and it's on 996 stock, no problem with the credit, again I don't remember if it was automatic or retro, but it's there.
for UX, are you sure you are using 13 digits for ticket number? There are 15 on the ticket, last 2 need to be removed.
