We're approaching the quietest quarter of the year for international travel in the northern hemisohere (Jan-Mar). It might have been more strategic to spread the love to SkyTeam airlines by stimulating air travel in those months, rather than culminating around the Christmas and New Year holidays.
I just would've liked them to start it once their IT house was actually in order. I feel like some of this stuff would've been resolved if given another 3 months. But then again, maybe we are the guinea pigs who are teaching them what's wrong with their IT right now.

Everything has been credited except UX flight throws an error when I tried to retroclaim. Is there anybody who succeeded in crediting 996 ticket flights? I've read some posts above and it seems like 996 (UX tickets) have some issues.
Off the top of my head I can't remember if I had to retro my UX flight, I bought a P fare on Expedia and it's on 996 stock, no problem with the credit, again I don't remember if it was automatic or retro, but it's there.
