So strange. I had actually two UX flights, one on a RO ticket stock (OTP-MAD-BCN, Q class) and another separate UX ticket (BCN-MAD, P class). Neither posted, but today I was able to claim MAD-BCN successfully (actually it was first time I tried with this flight), but BCN-MAD still errors out as it had done previously: "The selected airline was not able to process your claim". So it must be related to the ticketing carrier. 281 stock (RO) worked for claim, 996 stock (UX) did not.
I got same error for Kenya airlines that cannot process your request at this time. I called Air Europa who purchased the ticket, it was code shared from AMS to Nairobi but Airline was Kenya Airline. Air Europa Customer Service said they can only credit Europ leg and AMS to Kenya cannot be credited as this is their rule which is really surprising. I am getting same error as you described on SAS app plus no response from SAS on my email on this issue. This was my 16th airline so hopefully I will still qualify on 15th I have flown already if nothing comes up there.
