I preordered the short rib (which they say is the chinese menu). This was excellent. Great crew, there were 2 FAs dedicated to the premium select cabin. All drinks served in glassware, except hot beverages which used the new paper cups.



The mid-flight meal was some sort of mushroom pizza served in a cardboard box. Good except it was sticking to the inside of the box.

There were 3 options for the pre-arrival meal (french toast, spanish omelet, wonton soup). Went with the soup, this was a light meal but very tasty.
