Alaska serves breakfast on flights departing between 5-10 am, and lunch and dinner service on departures 10am to 9:00 pm. However I’ve been served Fruit & Cheese platters on “premium long haul” redeye flights from Hawaii to the West Coast or West Coast to the East Coast even though the website doesn’t mention this.
