Huhn? A little over a decade ago, January 2014, United dropped SEA-NRT so SEA-TYO went from 4 flights to 3. NH started SEA-NRT in 2012 and DL started SEA-HND in 2013, which was in addition to SEA-NRT. Before all this there were two daily flights, one on UA and one on DL.
Well, these moves are interesting. DL is going to respond, let's see what they do. If AS operated flights from the mainland to HA are not reduced, those new HA-mainland flights will encroach on UA's market share. Interesting days ahead.
