I purchased this on 01 December but the points from the first month of membership have notbeen posted. I was told to wait 5 calendar days (according to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion) but when I reached out to Accor Customer Care, they told me it could take up to 30 days for the points to credit. Anyone with similar experiences and/or know who to contact to get this rectified?
