From what I'm reading, not a single person has gotten a VN or RO flight fully credited?

I called and opened in case for an RO flight, sent my boarding pass, and the ticket says "flown tickets please reward customer with points" but I there is no update after that.

For the VN flight, I called and opened a case and they haven't responded for 3 days.

I also emailed [email protected] with my boarding passes and they just opened a case and pasted my email into the comments.
