I had a shuttle from LGA to JFK booked but they canceled last-minute. I am trying to switch to an earlier LGA flight but those are on stand-by too (even though there are available seats). Would appreciate any advice (for LGA-JFK transfer, AA SDC). I am happy to get to the airport early and try at check in (unfortunately have one checked bag)
