I am flying AA into LGA and flying internationally out of JFK. I was hoping to SDC to a AA JFK flight at the airport. I know that the official policy is only applicable for the same airport (origin, destination) but I have heard that some people have had luck for same city, diff airport trying at the airport. If I show up early at the airport and there are available seats, do you think there is a chance they would switch me to the JFK flight?
