If the arriving flight is operated by Skywest, it will use the remote terminal aka "Eagle's Nest". Instead of taking the shuttle bus to Terminal 5, they should just take the shuttle bus to Terminal 4. Flagship lounge in T4 is a short walk upstairs from the T4 bus gate.

I personally prefer the Flagship lounge over OneWorld lounge in TBIT but both are fine.
