I like RCC. I am a *G with AC and have used it in SEA, ORD, SFO and IAD. I wouldn't spend 40K miles or pay the fee for it though given my status.

I don't really understand the bar service for soft drinks, for example. Why don't they have a fridge everywhere like they do in IAD? SFO has the fountain drinks, which is marginally better than having to ask the bartender.

The snacks are inconsistent from lounge to lounge. You have to pay for wireless service.

On the other hand, the UA CSRs are great. I have used them to help me out many a-time when I would be waiting in a long line otherwise. And it's generally quiet and much more comfortable than hanging in the terminal.

On the other hand, I can get a meal in AC's MLL (soup!); membership is free with Elite status, wireless is free, and drinks are free. They usually have workstations connected to the internet.
