RCC is worth what I pay for. Especially when snowstorms and bad weather delays. On thanksgiving when we were traveling from ALB to IAD to LAX. We were delayed in ALB for 2 hours. IAD was a mess so when we arrived my wife and kids walked by all those waiting at the customer service line. We went to the D RCC and as they got snacks and watched spiderman on the tv I was able to get us booked on another flight and transfered from E+ to getting a row for the kids and row each for my wife and I so we could lay down and sleep.

I was in PDX two days ago and the RCC CSR worked out some of the weird stuff on my itineraries.

I know that some don't like the IAD RCC but I do like the RCC in IAD with the nice refrigerators for drinks etc...
