Yes very strict.

I got slammed by it unexpectedly in FAI the first day or so of November. 5 am flight. I had to be rebooked. Was lame waiting in FAI for 3 hours. I would have rather been in my bed.

This as a traveler in F, 100K etc. I was taken back.
