Further to my post above (#397), I was overall very impressed with the staff and service here. Not only did we get a complimentary ride to the hotel but after we checked in they came to tell us they'll give us a ride back to the airport upon check out (of course the shuttle is easy and not a far drive but it's nice to be able specify the time you want to leave with your own driver/car). And it didn't stop there, when we said we had our eye on a restaurant over at the Paradise mall, they quickly called over to ensure there were tables and then said they would drive us over there given the cold temps.

Lastly, the Grand Café (essentially the club lounge) breakfast and evening spread are quite good.
