You're not going to like this: the Place/House properties have been on hold for years, and the Caption has been pushed back another year to Q1 2027 instead of 2026. I wonder if the owners are going through difficulties or have slowed construction for some reason, but for the foreseeable future, the rather phenomenal Park Hyatt is your only choice in SGN.
