New Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen renovated room experience
Didn't see any other post so thought would share some pictures. Booked through FHR basic room RMB1700 with US$100 F&B credit. Was told could try their new rooms if waited 30min for them to get it ready but it took only maybe 15-20min. New room design is in-line with what most hotels are nowadays, modern with wood and light grey colors. Bathroom was left most untouched from before, making it contrast quite differently from rest of place. Would've been nice if they also changed the bathroom floor and wall tiles to make it match rest of the room's design. RC service is quite nice and consistent across the entire hotel without being overwhelmingly insistent. Room renovation will last till probably end of next year but location and current price is hard to beat for this product.
