Hi. You described the issue I had perfectly. After going on the phone with a rep, I submitted the choice while over the phone to ensure that they would refund the reward if it didn’t work.
The reward worked. It went through. It extended the status. The terms and conditions were NOT written well and they were not correct. Everything worked out. You are clear to submit your choice
