You should be glad it's only a few weeks with the error. In my location their web site has NEVER worked and still does not work. It won't let people in my region book on line, doesn't understand the date line, has no idea on fare classes out here in Micronesia, etc.... And we're talking years dealing with them. I can't tell you how many times I've talked to them about these issues, supposedly 1/12/05 they posted a new update to the software that was to upgrade their features, and it appears to have backfired for everyone now.
