Why do say that? I've stayed at a LaQuinta near SNA airport a number of times, and it was generally fine, and not much different than before Wyndham acquired them.

Of course, it varies by property. One of the nearby properties just a little bit north of the above property on the I-405 has always had poor reviews, even prior to Wyndham acquiring them.
