There's long been issues when pre-order and have 2 F or 2 D1 flight. I have always had to call in. Plus onboard the 2nd flight, you might not show on FA paperwork as having ordered. (Helps i normally select pre-select only option, it is obvious then i had ordered)
Thanks for the quick reply, I will probably have one more flight like this before the end of the year, so I will try if needed then.
