I thought this might be the case, but the previous flight is the same price and is in I class (which is business).

Booking as First becomes a J fare (I assume the plane doesn't have true First), so they must have J availability left, which I guess they're just reserving for the First people...
I'll play it safe and avoid this flight. I'm just
really surprised they're able to book you into an Economy seat and charge it as business. I'm surprised it's even legal tbh and isn't false advertising. Guess it's just another thing I'll have to check every time I fly.
