Yes (if your UA MP account is included on the ticket)
Once ticketed, log into your UA MP account and you will be able to select E+ seats ( if not Basic Economy)
Usually you include your MP Account in your corporate travel agency profile and that will include it automatically. If not included, you can added it if your name on the ticket matched you MP UA account. So make sure your corporate travel profile uses the exact same name format as your UA MP account. (and your id that you use for TSA).
