Welcome amenity as a Platinum. Quite good to be honest!

Since the hotel does not have a lounge (I was not expecting one), they provide a "gold card" which gives free breakfast, canapés in the afternoon, all non alcoholic beverage and wine/beer complimentary all the time

I have no idea if there was an upgrade, but the room was huge and with a very nice view on the lake as booked, so I don't know what could have been better for 1 night

The receptionist also encouraged us to just park in the street instead of paying for the valet as it was seemingly free at the moment, that's very much appreciated.

The staff was lovely, and I had a great stay, definitely recommend it.
