Looking for advice or suggestions on how best to submit a claim for missing BAH avios bonus? I'm referring to the "Collect 1 bonus Avios for every £1 spent on a holiday with British Airways Holidays" and not the double-tier point offer. Over the last 6 months, I had 3 BA Holiday city breaks to Copenhagen, Paris and Prague. The Tier points and Avios for the individual flights all posted as expected but the bonus avios that normally posts about a week or two later never have. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong with how I book, or some other issue I'm not aware of. The first and last were booked directly over the phone with the BA Holiday agent and the Paris trip booked online via Flights + Hotel booking. Prior to those I never had such an issue.

I looked at the Submit Missing Avios but its not that clear how to submit a claim for this scenario. Any advice appreciated. Thanks
