I stayed here for one night on a cash rate as a Hilton Diamond. The only upgrade they were able to offer me at check-in when asked was to a Landmark View room which I accepted. The hotel was unable to provide late check-out beyond noon which was annoying as my train out of Chicago was at 4PM. I also was not provided with bottled water at check-in like the other poster. The room itself was very nice.
