Since July I have
- Spoken with Silver line 5 times
- Tried and failed to use the web portal (125- refs not recognised)
- Responded to two request separate emails, each a month apart with my boarding cards and booking / billing emails
- DM’d BAMissingAvios on here - no response
- Raised a complaint
- Uploaded the images to the uploader site (unsolicited, but quoting case refs)
- Checked with chatbot on case and complaint (you’re in the queue…)
Today marks my BAEC anniversary date, so I assume they will not credit to the short-year totals .
Imagine my continued delight in receiving BA’s daily spam offering ways to ‘boost my Avios….’
