I once almost missed my flight in Kuala Lumpur on Air Asia because the ck-in line moved very slow as people in front of us were shuffling items from their bags. When it was our turn, the check-in agent refused us since we passed the check-in time for our flight. Fortunately, there were staff that were standing mending the check-in line and he spoke on our behalf that we had indeed been in that line for over 10 mins. So she checked us in. Had it not been for the staff that were there mending the line, we would probably be refused and lost our tickets.
