Yes, my last 4 visits were like that. It seemed I was lied to by the agent about the wait time. One of the explenations is, that they are understaffed and the agent does not want to work their colleagues too hard to manage the number of people wanting to shower. I most of the time need that shower because I'm connecting from/to long flights, but some people just want to do the experience. Maybe they should put a limit to the shower eligibility and exclude those with flight to/from IST under 3.5 hours. It is weird how many people want to shower in IST, never experienced that at CDG, AMS, JFK, ATL, LAX, MIA, DTW etc.
