As for the showers, I was under the impression that they would have preferred me not to use it. When I enquired, the concierge said waiting time would be at least two hours and she asked if I wanted to join the "queue". She was obviously surprised when I said yes (had plenty of time). In the end, it did not take more than two hours, but less than 45 minutes. While I understand that it can be difficult to predict how long people will take, this was a little bit odd (particularly as many bathrooms were empty and clean when I was led to my bathroom).
