Rail&Fly Not Available on Booking
Hi everyone,
I have a J class booking ex-Middle East to Germany. In the past, I’ve always been able to add the Rail&Fly option to my booking without any issues. It’s been a fantastic service, saving me a few hundred euros and making the journey much more convenient.
However, with my current booking, I can’t seem to find the Rail&Fly option anywhere on the “Manage My Booking” site. I spent an hour at the DXB ticketing desks trying to resolve this but got conflicting responses, ranging from “Rail&Fly is only available for departures originating in Germany” to “It’s not available because this is an agency booking.”
These explanations don’t align with my past experience, as I’ve used Rail&Fly successfully on similar routes before. Has anyone encountered this issue recently, or does anyone know what might be going on? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
