The ability to walk to United LAX Terminal is the only saving grace at this property.. otherwise, big fat meh.

1. Used a suite upgrade and got assigned a suite in the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the parking lot even though I was told a high floor had been assigned to me earlier in the day.
2. Got charged full suite rate even though I used an SUA.
4. Got charged for valet parking even though I didn't have a car. Twice! For two different amounts!
5. Got charged for breakfast (which was decent and appreciated at 5AM).

Calls and emails to the the property have gone unanswered.
