After a bad stay in May and telling myself I would not return to this hotel, a leverage rate that was less than the other LAX Hyatts I returned. Walking from terminal 3 and avoiding the shuttle really improved my experience. After a delayed flight in I had a smooth and fast check in I was given a room on the 12th floor no mention of a upgrade at check in but to my surprise opened the door to a large full suite with 2 bathrooms. I enjoyed the treadmills with runway views in the morning and had a smooth walk back to the TBIT. Skipped breakfast to save room for the Qantas lounge. Will be back again and will continue to just skip the shuttle and walk.
