I would doubt this statement. I personally know people with with tenth of millions in assets and quite serious political connections who fly from LCY on whatever seat is available. LCY has no lounge. When such people wait for the flight in the general area, they could also seat near some like gas pipeline service technicians who gain status by constant business trips among equipment location. Obviously, these are the people of totally different level and background.
