In order for it to be F class seats, Frontier needs to have a curtain after the First Class cabin, and its FAs needs to enforce that those in Y cannot access the F class restroom. Otherwise, these are not F class seats.
Restricting the front lav would be a problem on Frontier. Their lav-to-pax ratio in coach would be horrific.
