We arrived in ORD on 11/26. No need to use passport, a digital picture was being used. It worked well for our party of 3, but the digital processing hit a snag for the group behind us and they were lined up as customs fiddled with their ipads to get the digital processing started again. We were in and out of customs and baggage claim in less than 10 minutes. Very happy
I came through ORD recently and was aware of the new one tablet set up replacing the machines. Overall worked really well.
I'll post this in here, there's a pilot program being presented to have a similar setup for USC's only. Same concept as GE but not as a trusted traveler program. Tablet= green good to go, blue see the agent. Processing of USC's is targeted to be 43% faster.
